Aldermore wanted to launch a campaign to showcase the breadth of their service offerings and broaden the audience on their Instagram account.
The aim was to develop a campaign to raise brand awareness and help Aldermore stand out in the competitive financial sector.
'Backing you' brand campaign
Our process
We wanted to showcase their new brand narrative and highlight their core message, whilst introducing the new brand elements.
To demonstrate the diversity of services that Aldermore can offer for their customers, we began to investigate new language that would appeal to their varying audiences from first-time buyers to SME owners.
Positioning this as a paid campaign, we knew this would be many people's first introduction to the brand and needed to make a lasting impression.

Our solution
We delivered an entire social campaign that showed Aldermore are proud to challenge the status quo and make a positive difference on people’s lives.
This campaign included engaging new brand elements that we continued throughout their social posting to maintain a sense of familiarity for new followers, along with a set of straplines to make money a more conversational and less taboo subject to discuss.
Alongside a suite of creative assets that showcase the range services, we launched paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to generate awareness and engagement on the brand’s quickly growing account.
Results / impact
With an initial campaign and filtration into organic social content, we created a continuous narrative that demonstrated the breadth of Aldermore’s services while showcasing the brand’s personality.
Followership, engagement and profile views shot up over the course of this new campaign and asset style.

Conclusion
Having developed a brand awareness campaign that utilised a variety of technologies including the use of AI, we were able to launch a successful paid social media campaign that acted as a re-introduction to the brand. Leveraging both static and animated content, we created a dynamic campaign to drive views and engagement across channels, supporting the broader KPIs and spotlighting services within the organisation through organic content.
